Captain Matt Rutz was born in Alaska and has been fishing the waters of Resurrection Bay and the Gulf of Alaska his entire life. Matt started as a deckhand when he was a teenager and has worked his way up to captain. He has over 10 years of professional fishing experience in Alaska and has earned the respect of captains throughout the fleet.

Captain Christian Blough

Captain Christian Blough has been a charter captain in Alaska for more than 10 years. He grew up in Michigan but has always dreamed of being a fishing captain here in Alaska. Christian is widely recognized as one of the finest captain in the Seward charter fishing fleet.

Captain Aaron Tompkins

Captain Aaron has been fishing with us for many years and has earned his captain’s license here in Seward. Captain Aaron Tompkins has a vast array of knowledge of the tides and fishing trends here in Seward.

Captain Chris Randel

Captain Chris has over 20 years of experience as a charter captain on the west coast. He has captained fishing vessels from Alaska to San Diego and is one of the most respected Charter Captains in the West.
